If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to sales@hokeycokey.biz before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.1 below.
1.1 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
1.2 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
1.3 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.2 and 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
in the event that the product has been used / part-used
in the event that the goods are not returned in the original packaging in a resaleable condition
in the event that the operational manuals are not returned with the goods
in the case of software, or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed
The provisions of this clause 1.3 do not affect your statutory rights.
Return of Faulty Goods Policy:
The following are our guidelines on the return of faulty goods. Wherever possible, we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery, we offer a prompt replacement / repair service.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in otherwise “as new” condition and complete with any accessories (and, if possible, the original packaging).
This policy does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
All warranties are 'return to base', therefore any return postage costs must be paid for by the customer, and regardless of whether the customer is based in the UK or overseas.
We will cover the cost of sending you a replacement or repaired product. If a Customer returns a product which is found not to be faulty, the customer will be liable for all postage costs incurred in returning the product(s).
